Biography
| "I've always loved photography ever since I was a child, bought my first SLR when I was 17 and haven't looked back. I focus mainly on night photography and on the effects of different lighting, shadows and darkness. I have no qualifications except for a very short community college course which taught the basics of the digital SLR, as well as what I learnt in art in high school. I have never studied art at uni, and I don't think I ever will. A lot of what I do, I like to work it out myself. Along the way I'm sure I will learn trade secrets and "the way" things are to be done, but I feel that by not knowing everything there is to know, I can come up with more creative ways of doing things. I also feel that my images are a little more raw than the over polished photos you see coming from photographers who have photoshop worked out. I try to limit how much I use photoshop and simply let the raw beauty of what's in front of me come out in my photos."
